Wood core
The wood core of skis is fundamentally important; not only does it give the skis its liveliness, it also pre-determines skis durability. We continue to only use certified wood core "Light Karuba", every cores is designed to match the qualities of skis.
Fiber glass
We have developed news Hybrid fiber woven multiaxia. Our partner "Von Baur" worldwide leader manufacturing special fiber.
Ski base
We use only top quality sintered bases with hight molecular density. PTex 4000 are carefully chosen to match individual ski.
Edges for
snow skis
The only skis with a completely straight and thinner edge profile in special steel for weight-saving reason. The edges are in 1.8 widths profile.
Cap/performance construction
This system is used to bond the base and the top of the ski along the whole length, in order to reduce weight and create a right "Torxion Box" of the skis.
INSERTS "TITANAL" FOR BINDINGS
Insert in the seal bindings screws of the plates Titanal, (aluminum) to ensure the seal of the ski bindings in any situation (even the most critical) ..
